“For Resale” Vendors

1. Please go to the appropriate site below to register your company:

Please complete the registration as completely as possible.  Our supplier diversity specialist will review your registration and either 1) approve the registration and forward a username and password or 2) will respond to the registration with a request for additional information.

2. Once approved, please forward the following to our Supplier Diversity Specialist referencing your registration.

• Company Collateral / Brochure
• Minority/Woman Certification
• Marketing / Promotional Plan
• Insurance Certificate
• Samples

3. Finally, go to our “Trade Fair Schedule” link to find out about opportunities to meet face to face with our category managers. Each year, we conduct two open vendor days. At these events, you will be able to demonstrate your product and make your pitch to the buyers responsible for your product category. Should you be interested in attending, please follow the instructions for registering to attend.

“Not For Resale” Vendors

1. Please visit our website via the following link:

Please complete the registration as completely as possible.  Our supplier diversity specialist will review your registration and either 1) approve the registration and forward a username and password or 2) will respond to the registration with a request for additional information.

2. Check the bid schedule for the current year.  Should you see something listed that pertains to your offering, please be sure to register with TopSource, LLC per the instructions below.  TopSource is our third-party sourcing partner.  Once you’ve registered and verified your registration, please send an email along with a copy of your certification to Carol Birolini at cbirolini@stopandshop.com.  Carol will then provide you with the contact information for the sourcing analyst responsible for your category.  We ask that you send an email to the sourcing analyst expressing your interest in the upcoming bid opportunity along with some information about your company.  Be sure to copy James Sturgis (james.sturgis@aholdusa.com), Larry Vereen (larry.vereen@aholdusa.com) and Paul Randle (prandle@topsourcellc.com) on your email to the sourcing analyst.

Finally, check the “Trade Fair Schedule” button on our website for opportunities to visit with the sourcing analyst prior to the bid launch.  For some of the sourcing events, we will be conducting vendor fairs on-site to provide potential vendors the opportunity to meet with the sourcing analysts and learn more about the requirements pertaining to those sourcing initiatives.

TopSource, LLC Registration Instructions:

TopSource, LLC, our third-party sourcing partner, sources for companies other than Ahold USA.  To be considered for those opportunities:

2. To register, follow the steps below:

• On the main page, under the Supplier Diversity section, click on How Do I Get Started?
• Then click on Link to i-Source
• New window will appear, click on the Register Supplier Organization link on the upper right corner of the web page
• Complete the registration form

3. You will then receive an automated email from TopSource i-Source with your new username and password.  It may take a few days to receive this email.

4. Log back into our i-Source website, https://topco-isource.com and do the following to complete your profile:

• Navigate to the “My Profiles” button, which is located at the top of your screen.
• Once there, click the “Manage My Profile button”, which will bring you to the screen where you will key in your information.
• Along the left side of your screen, there will be several options to choose from. Make sure you click on and complete every section.
• Indicate you are a certified woman and or minority owned business using the Yes or No flag under the “Additional information” section in the “manage my profile” screen.  In addition, please attach a copy of the certification for our review.
• Please also make sure that you link your company to the category that best represents the products and services you provide.

Once you have completed this process, your company will be placed in our vendor database for consideration for future bid opportunities.

You should also email Tran Truong at ttruong@topsourcellc.com so that we can verify your submission.  If you need later to update your information and you may have forgotten your username and password, you also may contact Tran Truong to reset your password.  

It is important that we always have your most current and up to date information on file. This ensures that when we have any future bid opportunities, the proper contacts are informed.

Note: It is important that you are certified by a third party certifying agency as a minority or woman owned business.  Otherwise, we will place you in our inactive file until we receive your certification.
